Manifast — Privacy Policy

Short version: Manifast does not collect your personal data. Everything you write lives on your device.

What we store

Your manifests, journal entries, daily cards, vision images and voice recordings are stored only on your device (in the app's local database and file storage). We have no servers that hold your content, and there are no accounts to sign up for.

The one exception: Deep Session

If you choose to start a Deep Session (or receive AI‑personalised cards), the text of your message together with your manifest titles/statements is sent to our stateless proxy and forwarded to an AI provider to generate a reply. Our proxy stores nothing and keeps no logs of your content. The app does send an anonymous, random device identifier (not an account, and nothing personal) so usage limits can be counted per device rather than per network. It is stored only as a counter, expires on its own, and is never linked to what you write.

Please read this part carefully. We currently use free API tiers from Google Gemini, Cohere, Groq and Mistral. Under their own terms, Gemini and Cohere may use text sent to them to improve and train their models, and Google states that human reviewers may read API input and output. For Mistral we have switched training off at the account level, so Mistral does not train on what you send. Groq’s terms do not say either way, so we assume the cautious answer. We do not control any of this, and we would rather tell you plainly than let the word “private” do work it cannot do.

So: treat a Deep Session like a conversation held in a room you do not own. Everything else in Manifast — your journal entries, vision images, voice recordings, your whole history — never leaves your device. If you never open a Deep Session, no data ever leaves your device.

No tracking

No advertising, no analytics, no third‑party trackers, no location, no contacts. We do not build a profile of you.

Your control

You can export all of your data to a single JSON file at any time from Settings. To delete everything, simply delete the app from your device.

Children

Manifast is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above.

Tek istisna: Derin Seans

Derin Seans başlatmayı seçersen (veya AI ile kişiselleştirilmiş kartlar alırsan), mesajının metni ile manifest başlıkların/cümlelerin yanıt üretmesi için sunucumuza gönderilir ve bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına iletilir. Proxy'miz hiçbir şey saklamaz, içeriğini loglamaz. Uygulama yalnızca anonim, rastgele bir cihaz kimliği gönderir (hesap değil, kişisel hiçbir şey içermez); böylece kullanım sınırları ağ başına değil cihaz başına sayılır. Sadece bir sayaç olarak tutulur, kendiliğinden silinir ve yazdıklarınla hiçbir zaman ilişkilendirilmez.

Bu kısmı dikkatle oku. Şu an Google Gemini, Cohere, Groq ve Mistral'in ücretsiz API katmanlarını kullanıyoruz. Kendi koşullarına göre Gemini ve Cohere, kendilerine gönderilen metni modellerini geliştirmek ve eğitmek için kullanabilir; Google ayrıca insan denetçilerin API girdi ve çıktısını okuyabileceğini belirtiyor. Mistral için eğitimi hesap düzeyinde kapattık, yani Mistral gönderdiklerinle model eğitmiyor. Groq’un koşulları bu konuda bir şey söylemiyor, biz de temkinli cevabı varsayıyoruz. Bunların hiçbiri bizim kontrolümüzde değil ve “gizli” kelimesine taşıyamayacağı bir yük bindirmektense sana açıkça söylemeyi tercih ediyoruz.

Yani: Derin Seans'ı, sahibi sen olmayan bir odada yapılan bir konuşma gibi düşün. Manifast'taki diğer her şey — günlük kayıtların, vizyon görsellerin, ses kayıtların, tüm geçmişin — cihazından hiç çıkmaz. Hiç Derin Seans açmazsan, cihazından hiçbir veri çıkmaz.

Kontrol sende

Tüm verini istediğin an Ayarlar'dan tek bir JSON dosyasına aktarabilirsin. Her şeyi silmek için uygulamayı cihazından kaldırman yeterli.

Çocuklar

Manifast 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
